Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within three (3) business days if you receive a damaged or defective item. Provide evidence, and we'll review each case, offering a solution such as a replacement or store credit at our discretion.
Shipping and Handling: We prioritize secure packaging, but once in the hands of the shipping carrier, we're not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages. For added security, choose a shipping method with insurance or tracking.
